8:00 am: Registration opens
8:00 am: kid timbers placed, gardening, outdoor classroom, pathway, painting (sheds, goal posts, fence,baseball diamonds), clean up forest edge, soccer fields, fencing corner, sandpit, signs, birdhouses, building structures
9:00 am: National Let Them Be Kids Webcast begins

9:00 am: Refreshments & snacks available
12:00 pm: Lunch
1:00 pm: Childrens' activities in the gym (for school-age children)
2:00 pm (approx): entire group photo on structures taken
2:20 pm: Everyone gathers on lawn near memorial site
2:30 - 3:00: Dedication & Opening Ceremony
*** It is essential for people to register ahead of time so we can assign tasks and determine food quantities. Waivers need to be printed out and brought with volunteers to be signed at the registration table that day. People are free to come for the dedication and playground opening as well and do not need to register for this.
