The weather was fantastic & the lunches made by everyone were absolutely fabulous. We had a great time listening to the planned entertainment & the kids had fun playing & socializing. A huge thank you to everyone that made lunches (Anonymous / Hillview Women’s Institute / Trinity United Church / Mary Ferseson / Doreen Brannen ) & to those that came out to buy them; enjoying a picnic in the park afterwards. We raised exactly $1000. - after a kind person donated just enough to round it off! Thank you also to those that put together the event itself & the auctioneers & entertainers too (Phil Arbour, Zachary & Stacy Cruise / Koryne Fraser / Gary Carpenter / Olivia Barton & Family / Gerry Mitchell).
