Some Background of the Playground Enhancement Project

The Playground Enhancement Project at PCPS held its first major event in March 2009 when the fundraising committee organized a very successful community event called “Spring Fling” at the VanKleek Hill Community Centre. The evening consisted of numerous activities, including both a silent and live auction, a dance with live bands, food galore, and much merriment. Its success would not have been possible without the extraordinary contributions of the teaching and administrative staff of PCPS and the outpouring of community involvement in support of the project.
